Make Your Bed: Little things that can change your life ... and maybe the world

On May 17, 2014, Admiral William H. McRaven addressed the graduating class of the University of Texas at Austin on their Commencement day. Taking inspiration from the university's slogan, "What starts here changes the world," he shared the ten principles he learned during Navy Seal training that helped him overcome challenges not only in his training and long Naval career, but also throughout his life; and he explained how anyone can use these basic lessons to change themselves-and the world-for the better.

Emotional Recovery from Workplace Mobbing (And Workbook): Practical Help for Recovering Targets

Richard Schwindt’s two most successful books combined, to provide more practical help to targets of workplace abuse intent on rebuilding their lives. Workplace mobbing exacts a terrible emotional and physical toll on targets and those who love them.

Bully in Sight: How to predict, resist, challenge and combat workplace bullying - Overcoming the silence and denial by which abuse thrives

Being bullied is an unnecessary hell. It destroys individuals, wrecks families, devastates lives and livelihoods, and costs both employers and the State dear. It does not toughen people up, instead it weakens, disempowers and destroys. It does not aid survival, instead threatens our existence. It does not promote long-term growth and prosperity, but favours short-term expediency at the expense of the long term. And, as with other forms of violation and trespass, only those who have suffered it fully appreciate the sheer awfulness of daily unremitting abuse that has no answer, no reason, no value and no end. In the last decade of the twentieth century, workplace bullying is, in my view, the second greatest social evil after child abuse, with which there are many parallels.

Adult Bullying in the Age of Social Media: Identifying Group Mobbing and Social Media

Social Media has created a whole new platform for bullying. While a number of publications refer to children being bullied, or workplace bullying, very little addresses the little known area of Adult Bullies and Mobbing.

I would recommend this book to anyone who cares about their community, children and their own integrity and personal development. If you are in a mob (toxic group or vigilantes) reading this book may wake you up to the way you are being used to attack innocent members of society and just how easy this manipulation is.

Taken from the old Bully Online website

Mobbing involves a group of people whose size is constrained by the social setting in which it is formed, such as a workplace. It might seem to the target as if many people are involved but in reality the group might be small. The group members directly interact with a target in an adversarial way that undermines or harms them in measurable, definable ways.
