This is particularly true due to the amount of misinformation promulgated by mobs and gang-stalkers (trolls) to spread paranoia and anxiety within the community of targeted individuals. What is narcissistic abuse?

Narcissistic abuse is a form of emotional or psychological abuse projected by a malignant narcissist on to another individual

Although narcissistic abuse is primarily focused on emotional and psychological abuse, there are many other kinds of narcissistic abuse.
Other abuses include financial, spiritual, sexual, and physical abuse.
Abuse often includes stalking, cyberstalking, mobbing, intimidation, damage to property and the killing of pets.

An individual can be subjected to several kinds of abuse and it is extremely common for other members of the community to facilitate the abuse e.g. the formation of a mob.

What is mobbing?

Mobbing is the abuse and harassment of an individual by a group of people in the community or the workplace, it is schoolyard bullying but usually carried out in an adult environment and can happen to anyone no matter what their background. Mobbing often occurs when the taret realises they are dealing with a narcissitic individual and tries to move on while discarding the narcissist i.e. NO CONTACT.

What are the aims of the abuse?

The aim of narcissistic abuse is to cause as much emotional pain to the targeted individual as possible in order for the narcissist to feel better baout themselves. When the narcissist has destroyed the target or the target is no longer of any use they move on to another target to abuse.

When abuse escalates to mobbing the aim is to murder the target by proxy i.e. push the target to suicide. When the abuse gets to this stage the community is all too willing to try and join in the abuse due to the slander being spread about the target. Some members of the mob may even be paid to drive the abuse on. Mobbing often occurs when the target has actually finished with the narcissist which is something the narcissist takes insane exception to!

NarcAbuse.net has been created to try and help individuals targeted for narcissistic abuse and mobbing by the more troubled members of our society regain some of their life back and to make it clear they are not alone. The author has been mobbed in the community and workplace for about 10 years and has found that information has only just started to become more mainstream in the last few years. The aim is to clarify what mobbing is about and offers useful books and references which may help a mobbed individual to survive this ordeal which has the aim of totally destroying the mobbed individual often with the only purpose of providing entertainment to some very troubled individuals.

The members of the mob aim to get under the target's skin, they want the target to be thinking about them one hundred percent of the time to try and create anxiety, depression and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in the target. It is pretty nasty stuff, some members of the mob may think of themselves as self righteous vigilantes but as the target is normally innocent they are just part of a toxic mob. Most members of the mob are not that misguided, they just like creating as much suffering in the target as they can just for kicks and personal gratification.

Two projects called COINTELPRO and MKUltra respectively are often linked to gang-stalking and mobbing which are probably being used as a smoke screen for the mobbing operations being carried out by narcissists, sociopaths, psychopaths, toxic groups and criminal gangs.

COunter INTELligence PROgram (COINTELPRO) was a series of secret programs carried out by the United States of America Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting and disrupting American political organizations.

Project MKUltra – sometimes referred to as the CIA's mind control program – is the code name given to a program of experiments on human subjects, at times illegal, designed and undertaken by the United States Central Intelligence Agency.

The target needs to realise they are being mobbed and once they do they need to start to learn with ways to deal with it to prevent themselves losing their health and sanity whilst keeping their integrity intact.

DARVO - Deny, Attack and Reverse Victim and Offender

If you are being emtionally abused by a malignant narcissist or even being mobbed by the local community or in your workplace please look after yourself. The aim of the narcissist is to emotionally destroy you, the aim of the mob is to emotionally and physically destroy you; this is without doubt. However, you should take heart in that if you are being abused in this way you obviously frighten the people involved in some way as most of the toxic actions people take are driven by fear. Do not let other people control how you feel or destroy your happiness, take control of your life.

If people are treating you badly then accept that but also cut anyone out of your life who does not treat you with respect and as the amazing individual you are, a lot of people will drop out of your life but the ones who remain are your true friends. However, please beware of frenemies which are the most malicious of your abusers; these creature will try to befriend you in order to glean information from you which can be used or altered to attack you in some way. In modern life frenemies are everwhere so follow your gut instinct, if someone has too much in common with you, BEWARE!

Never contemplate suicide, you are a unique individual who cannot be replaced and your life was given to you as a gift not to be squandered, life is short so make the most of the time you have. The fact you are not abusing anyone and are able to rise above the abuse already means you are not wasting your life, unlike your abusers. We all pay for what we do so think and do no harm and this includes do no harm to yourself, every moment in life is a precious gift to be explored not to be wasted. Look at all the good in your life in reality the abuse is only a very small part of that and only with certain people so move on.

Quite possibly an attempted hit and run on Wednesday 4 October 2023. A motor vehicle did a very close pass striking my handlebars which very nearly knocked me off my bicycle. The reasons why I think it was deliberate are given in this post.

The author has certainly had the DARVO techniques used against them which has obviously helped to isolate them from the community and discredit them with the authorities. Indeed it would seem organisations such as the police decided to become part of the problem rather than trying to seek a reasonable resolution to the abuse. DARVO has been used by the perpetrator to enlist other perpetrators using social media, gossip, slander and false accusations.

This has engineered a lose/lose situation for all concerned and turning normally decent people into very toxic individuals, even if they do not know it! However, it has pushed the author into making more information available to other targets of mobbing and other forms of pathological abuse.
